Ri-costruire in Abruzzo

Abstract

Gli eventi sismici avvenuti nel 2009 in Abruzzo hanno causato danni di tale entità ed estensione che il tema della ricostruzione non può che essere posto su scala territoriale. La situazione è pesantemente segnata in particolare dai danni subiti dalla città de L’Aquila, capoluogo di Provincia e capoluogo di Regione: la sua ricostruzione avverrà presumibilmente in un tempo superiore al decennio. Questo ha provocato una dispersione nel territorio della popolazione, che torna nei centri storici a riabitare le case appartenenti alle famiglie da generazioni. Interpretare questa tendenza in atto implica un ragionamento sul possibile ruolo nella ricostruzione dei “centri minori”, che anche se danneggiati, garantiscono comunque tempi di intervento medio brevi e una minore complessità tecnico-gestionale della ricostruzione. L’ipotesi è quella della selezione dei centri da riabitare e di costituzione di una rete che li coordini.
