Abstract

Cross Ages/MAUT è la realizzazione italiana del progetto europeo Intergenerational Learning: from Diagnostic to Impact Evaluation – CROSS AGES (Programma Gruntvig), che ha visto il coinvolgimento di stakeholder in Germania, Francia e Romania, oltre che in Italia. Esso permette al professionista Risorse Umane di lavorare fin da ora sulle differenze tra generazioni in azienda, per creare la base relazionale necessaria affinché prenda vita un vero scambio di conoscenze. CrossAges/MAUT è uno strumento unico nel suo genere, sia per concetto che per campo di applicazione. Non si tratta semplicemente di un assessment (la batteria MAUT per la valutazione della Motivazione ad Acquisire, Utilizzare e Trasferire conoscenze), ma è pensato per esser la base di un intervento di crescita individuale e di gruppo rivolto alla scoperta dell’Altro, in questo caso persone di età molto diversa.
