Analisi di impatto acustico di un'elisuperficie in ambito urbano

Abstract

L’analisi di impatto acustico effettuata per l’elisuperficie dell’ospedale “Borgo Trento” di Verona trova giustificazione nella sempre più ampia quota del mercato aeronautico guadagnata dagli elicotteri. Si tratta di mezzi di trasporto molto versatili, ma fortemente avversati per l’impatto acustico, specie nelle aree a più elevata concentrazione abitativa. La difficoltà nello stabilire norme che supportino l’esercizio di questo sistema di trasporto è motivata, nella maggior parte dei casi, dall’esiguità del numero di operazioni giornaliere od orarie, da ciò deriva che l’utilizzo dei convenzionali indici di valutazione (LDEN o Leq) porta a sottostimare l’entità della rumorosità indotta dal traffico elicotteristico, che sembra non alterare apprezzabilmente il clima acustico. Alla luce di questa situazione si è creato un metodo per ottenere una mappatura dei livelli di rumore nell’intorno di un’elisuperficie, tenendo conto della possibile presenza di edifici, a partire da registrazioni di livello equivalente durante le operazioni di decollo e di atterraggio di un elicottero. I risultati sono stati quindi confrontati con le previsioni del modello HNM.
