The detection of criticalities of graduates' jobs through Importance-Performance Analysis

Abstract

IPA - Importance Performance Analysis is applied on data collected on job satisfaction of University of Padua graduates. Criticalities are detected with a statistical regression analysis and the application of IPA methodology.
