Abstract

Un contesto scolastico promotore di best practices inclusive di differenze e diversità rappresenta un “posto per tutti” in quanto tende ad offrire, sul modello della full inclusion, le condizioni necessarie affinché ogni alunno si senta accolto, possa apprendere con i propri tempi e si senta positivamente partecipe della vita scolastica, sociale, culturale e professionale in maniera non certamente retorica. La scuola di qualità si mpegna a rinforzare i processi inclusivi di partecipazione attiva e di responsabilità degli alunni, con BES e non, mediante il potenziamento dell’autonomia personale, lo sviluppo della progettualità esistenziale in vista della riduzione delle insidiose situazioni di esclusione, svantaggio, disagio, difficoltà, ritardo, disorientamento, deficit, “handicap”, ecc. secondo una logica formativa non omologante, ma differenziata, individualizzata e personalizzata. Riconoscere e potenziare le speciali operosità dell’alunno con BES significa coinvolgerlo democraticamente in relazioni di scambio, collaborazione, com–partecipazione e reciprocità solidale nella fertile dimensione relazionale con l’altro all’interno di un contesto educativo creativo che gli consente di interrogarsi e di trovare soluzioni inattese, inaspettate e non scontate.
