La didattica inclusiva come didattica attiva e partecipativa

Abstract

Il valore imprescindibile dell’educazione inclusiva emerge con sempre con maggiore forza nella realizzazione del traguardo di una didattica efficace, frutto di un’azione condivisa, volta a valorizzare tutte le differenze soggettive e ad affermare l’equità dei diritti, ad un livello istituzionale sia macro che micro. Secondo tale orizzonte la didattica inclusiva rappresenta una didattica per tutti e per ciascuno, imparziale, equa, accessibile, sostenibile e responsabile, che riguarda tutti i docenti, sia curricolari che specializzati secondo una prospettiva professionale di partnership orientata a realizzare il pieno successo formativo, ed è rivolta ad ogni alunno, compresi gli allievi con disabilità. La didattica inclusiva nel riconoscere e valorizzare le differenze di tutti, è orientata all’efficacia, all’efficienza e, soprattutto, all’equità nella lettura dei bisogni ponendoli al centro dell’azione educativa mediante la poliedricità e la ricchezza di competenze del docente inclusivo.
