Mastectomia Completa Bilaterale: note tecniche

Abstract

Mammary neoplasia is the major indication for mastectomy in the bitch. As the lesion site and the magnitude of the pathological process are variable, different surgical technique are described. Authors introduce some changes to complete bilateral mastectomy procedures till now practiced, enumerating possible advantages and complications.
