Abstract

Il sistema delle banche di credito cooperativo è reduce da una crisi sistemica che ha impattato sulla reputazione dell'intero settore bancario italiano. Al fine di individuare quali strategie possano adottarsi per recuperare soddisfazione degli utenti e propensione al passaparola positivo, questo studio analizza le caratteristiche del processo di creazione condivisa di valore, in particolare mediante propensione degli stakeholder a raccomandare ad altri le banche di credito cooperativo. In tale direzione, il contributo propone una metodologia utile a indagare i presupposti e l’ampiezza del passaparola positivo da parte dei portatori di interessi di riferimento. L'approccio proposto si basa sullo strumento della survey e sulla metodologia interpretativa della content analysis dalla quale ci si attende di poter evidenziare le categorizzazioni di parole chiave che le interviste dovrebbero porre in evidenza come le leve che inducono percezioni positive della reputazione di tali categorie aziendali.
