Abstract

Riconoscere e decodificare i fraseologismi di una lingua straniera, e poi apprendere il loro uso corretto, costituisce per un discente di L2 un compito arduo. Tali difficoltà sono riconducibili alle caratteristiche strutturali, semantiche e sintattiche nonché pragmatiche di queste unità polilessicali. Sia per la didattica dei fraseologismi che per lo studio autonomo dello studente i cosiddetti Lernwörterbücher (dizionari per apprendenti) possono rappresentare uno strumento valido per l’apprendimento e l’uso dei fraseologismi. Partendo dalla discussione meta-lessicografica, che si è aperta in Germania in seguito all’uscita dei primi dizionari monolingue per apprendenti, il presente lavoro mette a confronto due dizionari pubblicati in anni relativamente recenti: PONS Großwörterbuch. Deutsch als Fremdsprache (1. edizione 2006) e WAHRIG Großwörterbuch. Deutsch als Fremdsprache (1. edizione 2008). Nel porli a confronto ci si concentra qui su alcuni aspetti della parte identificativa del lemma fraseologico, partendo da tre domande: - Come fa l’utente a riconoscere che un determinato gruppo lessicale costituisce un fraseologismo? - Sotto quale lemma viene collocato il fraseologismo? - Qual è il posto del fraseologismo all’interno dell’entrata del singolo lemma? A tali domande si tenta di dare risposta sulla base delle indicazioni riguardanti la fraseologia e il suo trattamento lessicografico contenute nelle introduzioni del PONS e del WAHRIG.
