Abstract

Le più recenti dinamiche migratorie evidenziano le carenze delle politiche comunitarie e italiane in materia e il sostanziale insuccesso del progressivo sbilanciamento di tali politiche sul versante della limitazione degli ingressi e del contrasto dell'irregolarità. Sarebbe invece necessario un ripensamento delle politiche europee d'immigrazione e asilo che tenesse conto della centralità di tali questioni nel progetto di integrazione europea, oltre che nella storia della cittadinanza e dei diritti in Europa.
