Abstract

Aggiornando precedenti interventi nella stessa sede dell'autore (2007), (2011), la voce vuole sintetizzare lo stato del dibattito e della ricerca intorno a due fattori di fondamentale impatto per le prospettive del mercato del lavoro nel medio periodo: la "rivoluzione digitale" e la "globalizzazione". L'attenzione è posta non solo sugli effetti quantitativi, ma anche alle implicazioni su caratteristiche e qualità dei lavori, con breve rassegna sul tema della "polarizzazione".

The debate on quantitative and qualòitative impact on Labour of digital revolution and global competuitions are concisely and critically reviewed.
