Abstract

Analisi della formazione continua presente nella contrattazione collettiva. Utilizzazione dei dati elementari Istat (Rilevazione forze lavoro) e dell'indagine europea Continuing vocational training survey 2. Nonostante i progressi fatti negli ultimi anni la formazione continua è ancora poco presente nella contrattazione collettiva in Italia, ma sono state poste le premesse per una crescita. Particolare attenzione è rivolta al problema della misurazione della partecipazione alla formazione continua.
