The article introduces the quality model, experimented by CoRiS Department of Sapienza University of Rome to monitor the educational paths of four national plans of Ministry of education, the model is structured in 4 dimensions: the planning (PROMISED quality), the delivery (DELIVERED QUALITY), the assessment (PERCEIVED QUALITY) and again planning with new corrections (EXPECTED QUALITY). The methodology is quantitative and qualitative because it is based on indicators, connected to standard criteria of quality, and on the emphasis of situated action of its actors. L’articolo introduce il modello della qualità, sperimentato dal Dipartimento CoRiS della Sapienza Università di Roma per monitorare i processi formativi dei 4 Piani Nazionali del MIUR. Il modello è strutturato in 4 dimensioni: la progettazione (qualità promessa), la delivery (qualità erogata), la valutazione (qualità percepita) e la riprogettazione correttiva (qualità attesa). La metodologia è quanti-qualitativa in quanto basata su indicatori, connessi a criteri standard di qualità, e sulla valorizzazione dell’agire contestuale dei suoi attori.
