Abstract

The essay provides a panorama that is as representative as possible of the local heritage of monuments, so as to restore the complexity to the richness of its cultural references, as well as the significance of the stratifications and building alterations, and in order, by means of a survey of the state of conservation and the formulation of proposals of intervention, to arrive at an updated balance-sheet of the first period of restoration in Albania
