Abstract

Il saggio Dal moderno al postmoderno: Blow Up e Blow Out analizza il rapporto tra Blow Up di Michelangelo Antonioni (1966) e Blow Out di Brian De Palma (1981), evidenziando come quest'ultimo reinterpreti l'idea originale del primo in chiave postmoderna. Attraverso un confronto tematico e stilistico, il saggio mette in luce come il passaggio dal moderno al postmoderno si rifletta sul piano narrativo, in rapporto alle dinamiche della percezione e al ruolo dell'immagine, ponendo l'accento sull'intrinseca manipolabilità della riproduzione audiovisiva.
