Abstract

En este capítulo nos centramos, en primer lugar, en la consideración de TripAdvisor como red social y muestra representativa del Turismo 3.0, en cuyo desarrollo ha infuido la evolución de la Web 2.0 a la Web 3.0 (Apartado 2). Por otra parte, el interés creciente por el tema que han mostrado las investigaciones realizadas desde una perspectiva lingüística queda patente en el Apartado 3. En el Apartado 4, a partir de un corpus compuesto por 500 textos (250 opiniones y las respectivas respuestas de los responsables de hoteles y restaurantes) publicados en la plataforma entre 2019 y 2022, planteamos una caracterización de las interacciones que tienen lugar en TripAdvisor.es, incidiendo en tres aspectos: la consideración de las opiniones como narraciones de experiencias, su análisis dentro de interacciones dialógicas y su estudio como macroactos de habla. Finalmente, en el Apartado 5 consideramos cómo algunas perspectivas esbozadas en el trabajo pueden dar lugar a futuras investigaciones más amplias sobre algunos aspectos del discurso de TripAdvisor.
