Abstract

Dopo aver tracciato le principali fasi evolutive della comunicazione aziendale (fase normativo-direttiva; fase delle relazioni umane; fase della logica sistemica; fase reticolare), il contributo si sofferma sulla comunicazione come processo e ne analizza gli elementi costitutivi (codifica, decodifica, risposta, feedback, rumore etc.). Si offre quindi uno squarcio del percorso millenario e cumulativo compiuto dalle tecnologie di comunicazione, per passare a trattare le finalità e i contenuti della comunicaizone organizzativa, soffermandosi in particolare sui rispettivi processi (processi comunicazionali funzionali; preocessi comunicazionali informativi; processi comunicazionali formativi; processi comunicazionali creativi e processi comunicazionali negoziali). Il lavoro si chiude, quindi, con un paragrafo dedicato ai principali strumenti della comunicazione organizzativa (comunicazione personale indiretta, house organ etc.)

After tracing the main evolutionary phases of corporate communication (phase-regulatory directive, stage of human relations, stage of systemic logic, stage truss), the contribution focuses on communication as a process and analyzes the constituent elements (encoding, decoding, response , feedback, noise, etc..). It therefore offers a glimpse of the path made by the millennial cumulative and communication technologies, to move on to the aims and content of comunicaizone organization, focusing in particular on the respective processes (functional communicational processes
