Abstract

L ' assenza di fini di lucro non esclude che le associazioni di volontariato, anche se non iscritte alla Camera di Commercio o al Registro delle imprese, possano esercitare un ' attività economica non costituendo l ' iscrizione alla CCIAA un requisito indefettibile di partecipazione alle gare di appalto.
