Efficienza energetica e microclima

Abstract

Il saggio, con l’entrata in vigore in Italia della direttiva europea sull’efficienza energetica, in base al D.L. n. 102/2014, aggiornato con il D.L. n. 141/2016, affronta le questioni progettuali per il miglioramento energetico degli edifici pubblici e privati, mettendo in evidenza le diverse prestazioni richieste tra le nuove costruzioni e l'edilizia esistente a eccezione dei complessi monumentali, per i quali si può ricorrere allo strumento della deroga. Il contributo mette in evidenza che l’adeguamento energetico di palazzi di rilevante interesse storico, per loro natura bioclimatici, richiede l’elaborazione di strategie operative mirate, nell’ambito del progetto di restauro, in grado di salvaguardare l’organizzazione funzionale della pianta, lo schema strutturale e i materiali e di assicurare le migliori condizioni ambientali interne, contenendo i consumi e garantendo di sicurezza dei fruitori, per raggiungere gli obiettivi richiesti dall'Unione Europea.
