Abstract

Nel secolo XX, è noto, un numero sempre maggiore di donne cominciava a prendere parte alla vita pubblica. Esse tentavano di frantumare gli stereotipi ai quali erano legate e proponevano modi diversi per la loro realizzazione. Il saggio evidenzia come quella realtà si concretizzava anche in Italia con la presenza delle donne in Assemblea Costituente. Il contributo delle 21 elette (sulle 211 che si erano candidate) risultava, infatti, incisivo e determinante anche per le questioni generali affrontate in quella sede. In particolare si sottolinea il contributo dato alla redazione della Costituzione Repubblicana dalle due deputate elette tra le fila del partito socialista ovvero Angelina Merlin e Bianca Bianchi.
