The case reviewed herein is a company specialising in the packaging industry that in just a few years has undergone changes in its ownership, evolving from a sort of private-owner, family-run business to an organisation in which the majority of the equity is held by foreign multinational companies. We analyze the key determinants of business reporting, related to the corporate governance changes of the firm.
