Abstract

Viene previsto un vitrectomo (1) atto ad asportare umor vitreo (10) definente una dire-zione prevalente di sviluppo (1a) e comprendente un condotto esterno (2) cavo e pre-sentante un’estremità chiusa (2a) ed una bocca di ingresso (2b) e realizzata in pros-simità dell’estremità chiusa (2a) ed atta a permettere all’umor vitreo (10) di entrare nel vitrectomo (1); un condotto interno (3) cavo e presentante una sezione di taglio (3a) realizzata in corrispondenza di un’estremità ed atta ad asportare l’umor vitreo (10) en-trato nel vitrectomo (1); un apparato di movimentazione atto a movimentare recipro-camente detti condotti (2, 3) sostanzialmente lungo detto asse prevalente di sviluppo (1a). Il condotto interno (3) presenta almeno una sezione di taglio supplementare (3b) definente un asse di estensione (3c) sostanzialmente trasversale all’asse prevalente di sviluppo (1a) ed almeno un tagliente supplementare atto ad effettuare un’aggiuntiva asportazione dell’umor vitro (10).
