Abstract

Les études réalisées dans le cadre du projet Beachmed-e sur le littoral de Pise ont pour buts de définir les caractéristiques sédimentologiques et géomorphologiques des systèmes dunaires, en particulier leurs formes et orientations par rapport à l’exposition éolienne, leurs caractéristiques texturales et pétrographiques en fonction du transport solide le long du litoral et du bassin d’alimentation, la végétation et leur état de conservation. Ces études concernent également l’analyse des variations induites par les modifications du système d’alimentation et des processus érosifs qui ont provoqué le recul, voire parfois la disparition des plages. Ces variations ont été reconstruites à partir des données historiques et d’un relevé géomorphologique détaillé. L’analyse du littoral du Parc naturel de «Migliarino San Rossore Massaciuccoli» est en cours d’étude. Sur ce site, une étude expérimentale dans le but de restaurer le cordon dunaire érodé et de le reconstruction là où il a été détruit par l’action marine sera réalisée.
