I PUZZLE FILM: LA VISIONE TRA COGNIZIONE E AFFETTIVITA’

Abstract

Il saggio si propone di indagare le traiettorie cognitive e affettive che nascono nella visione di alcuni prodotti cinematografici noti come “puzzle films”. Queste narrazioni sono state definite “complesse” in quanto impegnano lo spettatore in un esercizio cognitivo continuo: infrangendo infatti i dettami di trasparenza del cinema “classico”, esse richiedono grande esercizio mnemonico e capacità predittive sullo svolgimento della trama. Sulla scorta delle più recenti scoperte in ambito neuro scientifico, è sempre più assodato come la capacità di comprensione e comunicazione dell’uomo con il mondo passi innanzitutto attraverso un movimento affettivo che dirige e influenza la cognizione stessa. Dunque anche nella visione di questi film si rivela essere determinante la componente affettiva-emozionale come premessa alla capacità cognitiva richiesta dalla visione.
