La tesi si occupa di esplorare l'approccio multiculturale e quello interculturale in relazione al fenomeno migratorio. La tesi si occupa, inoltre, di esplorare le competenze interculturali che insegnanti, operatori sociali e mediatori dovrebbero possedere per favorire l'inclusione sociale di soggetti appartenenti a gruppi di minoranza.

The thesis deals with exploring the multicultural and intercultural approaches in relation to the migratory phenomenon. The thesis also deals with exploring the intercultural competences that teachers, social workers and intercultural mediators should possess to foster the social inclusion of subjects belonging to minority groups.
