Abstract

The article examines how the historiographic topos of the School of Salamanca gradually became enucleated in parallel with the affirmation of Francisco de Vitoria himself as a renovator of the scholastic method until its recognition in the 20th century as the founder of a School.

El articulo examina como el topos historiográfico de la Escuela de Salamanca fue poco a poco enucleándose paralelamente a la afirmación del mismo Francisco de Vitoria como renovador del método escolástico hasta su reconocimiento en el siglo XX cual fundador de una Escuela.
