Abstract

Circa il tema della “geolocalizzazione” ci si è chiesti se il Regolamento (UE) 2018/302 sia adeguatamente coordinato con la disciplina di cui al Regolamento Bruxelles I bis; emergono significative incertezze circa la definizione dell’ambito territoriale di direzione dell’attività del professionista con specifico riferimento al mercato dei servizi digitali, nonché degli effetti che la disciplina materiale potrebbe avere sulla determinazione del giudice competente.
