This a "voce" in the prestigious Enciclopedia del Diritto, maybe the most prestigious publication for an Italian Legal scholar. It is the first time that Enciclopedia del diritto includes the voice "Digital Power" and I was asked to write it. The Voice tries to describe the new challenges of digital constitutionalism in relation to the raise of new digital private powers, especially looking at European constitutionalism and US Constitutionalism
