Il contributo delinea criticamente la disciplina della responsabilità da prodotto difettoso in Italia. Viene delineata le peculiarità della disciplina della responsabilità da prodotto difettoso contenuta ??? in particolare ??? nel Codice del consumo, con particolare riferimento alla prospettiva comparatistica, segnatamente con riferimento agli ordinamenti europei, specie in considerazione della comune matrice comunitaria. Particolare attenzione viene posta alla discussione critica della responsabilità oggettiva del produttore, segnatamente con riferimento alle fattispecie più frequentemente affrontate dalla giurisprudenza.
