Il contributo illustra i principali istituti del diritto fallimentare alla luce della recentissima novella introdotta con legge 134/2012. Nella prospettiva delineata, vengono approfondite le principali procedure concorsuali, segnatamente la disciplina del concordato preventivo, nonché la disciplina dell'accordo di ristrutturazione dei debtii (ex artt. 182-bis ss. L.F.). Il contributo offre una panoramica sui principali istituti del Diritto fallimentare italiano.
