Abstract

Il contributo affronta la questione degli insegnanti secondari come problema formativo e non come puro problema tecnico. Intende perciò ripercorrere i passaggi legislativi, che dalle Scuole di Specializzazione all'Insegnamento Secondario fino alla più recente esperienza dei 24 CFU, hanno definito itinerari di formazione di pari passo con il ripensamento dei meccanismi di reclutamento, cercando invano di difendere la qualità della selezione della classe docente e insieme la volontà di abbattere le file del precariato.
