Abstract

La città della post-produzione. All’interno delle continue mutazioni urbane – dovute ai cambiamenti che la società contemporanea ci chiede di reinterpretare anche in chiave anticrisi – si riconosce nelle aree industriali (dismesse o in via di dismissione) una delle occasioni di rilancio, di riorganizzazione e di rigenerazione per la crescita delle città e la costruzione di un benessere durevole collettivo. Nella logica della ridefinizione degli assetti produttivi – modificazione della struttura esistente, miniaturizzazione dei processi di produzione, modificazione delle logiche di allocazione territoriale e delle riconfigurazioni spaziali, esternalizzazioni di carattere produttivo, abbattimento dei consumi e quindi della do- manda di beni e servizi, scarsità delle risorse, aumento dei prezzi delle materie prime – le enclaves industriali, nel tempo subìte dalle città e dai suoi abitanti, posso- no divenire enzimi strategici per i processi di rigenerazione di parti di città.
