Abstract

Enfances francophones A seguito della VII Giornata della Francofonia, tenutasi a Verona il 19 marzo 2013, abbiamo il piacere di proporre un nuovo numero della collana « francophonieS », incentrato sulla rappresentazione dell’infanzia nelle letterature francofone. Tale tema, attraverso il quale abbiamo cercato di offrire un percorso il più possibile ricco di spunti, appare ricorrente e trasversale nelle letterature di tutti i paesi francofoni, europei e non, che si confrontano in modo sostanziale con la questione delle radici e che portano avanti una ricerca fondamentale, talvolta dolorosa, sull’identità, sull’appartenenza e su un passato storico e individuale che è spesso molto complesso. Nel quadro di queste preoccupazioni, capitali per numerosi autori, il tema dell’infanzia appare come un’immagine e uno strumento di ricerca privilegiato. I saggi raccolti in questo numero coinvolgono le letterature di diverse aree geografiche e culturali: dalla francofonia europea di scrittori dell’esilio, di cui si sono occupati Riccardo BENEDETTINI e Elena QUAGLIA, passando per le scritture isolane di Mauritius e delle Antille francesi, trattate rispettivamente da Suzanne CROSTA e da Sara ARENA; dal Maghreb all’Africa Subsahariana, con i contributi di Anna ZOPPELLARI e di Silvia RIVA, fino al Québec, oggetto dell’intervento di Anna GIAUFRET.
