Abstract

Il mondo dell’educazione presenta problemi sempre nuovi e la scuola fatica ad affrontarli con successo. Frutto di una ricerca durata tre anni, il testo prende in esame una delle questioni attualmente più sentite dai docenti: la presenza in classe di casi difficili, per i quali non esistono validi manuali di strategie. Sullo sfondo vivo di una profonda riflessione epistemologica, che accompagna l’operatività pratica sul campo, il volume indaga il fenomeno “casi difficili” attraverso le narrazioni dei docenti che lo hanno vissuto di persona, per rilevare la loro sapienza esperienziale. Da questa ricerca è stata elaborata una versione del metodo ermeneutico all’interno della ‘narrative inquiry’. Un libro utile per diverse tipologie di lettori: per gli insegnanti; per i ricercatori in ambito educativo; per gli studenti universitari che si stanno avviando alle professioni educative e necessitano di un manuale che sappia unire teoria e pratica.
