Costruire conoscenza attraverso la narrazione. La valenza formativa della ricerca sull’analisi delle pratiche di insegnamento / Knowledge-building through the narrative. Formative relevance of the research on the analysis of teaching practices

Abstract

This work, by presenting two research experiences with in service teachers, aims to demonstrate how participation in a research project, which lead to narrate and analyze the own practices, constitutes a valuable opportunity for teachers education. The crucial factor is to be able to hold together fruitfully two instances that may seem opposite: the rigor required by a qualitative research process and the sustainability required by a continuous training path, aimed at people who work.
