La nota affronta il tema della natura e dei limiti della responsabilità dell'imprenditore - nel caso concreto, un ristoratore - per i danni occorsi alla persona di un cliente all'interno dei locali dell'impresa. La nota sottolinea l'importanza , anche ai fini dell'imputazione della responsabilità, del momento organizzativo che caratterizza e qualifica l'attività imprenditoriale.
