?AK Parti Dönemi Türkiye-AB Müzakere Süreci? adlı yazımızın temelini, Türkiye-Avrupa Birliği müzakere süreci, bu süreç sonucunda Türkiye'nin AB karşısında üyelik durumu ve üyelik sonrası Türkiye'nin ve AB'nin kazanımlarından oluşturmaktadır. Avrupa Birliği'nin hangi süreçlerden geçerek bugünkü durumuna ulaştığını anlatmak suretiyle ilk olarak Avrupa Birliği'nin tarihsel gelişimi, AB'nin bünyesinde oluşturulan kurumları ve AB'nin yasal çerçevesi değerlendirildikten sonra ise Türkiye-AB ilişkilerinin başlangıcı olan 1959 yılı ve ardından gelen Ankara Antlaşması'ndan başlayarak müzakere sürecine kadar olan devre anlatıldı. Brüksel Zirvesi'nde alınan kararla birlikte müzakerelerin başlaması sonucu yazımızın ana konusu olan müzakere süreci ele alınarak bu bağlamda süreç içerisinde kabul edilen Müzakere Çerçeve Belgesi başlığı altında müzakerenin ilkeleri, esasları, usulleri yazıldı ve daha sonra müzakere usullerinin aşamaları Türkiye açısından ayrıntılı olarak incelendi. AK Parti döneminde yapılan reformları ve uyum paketlerini anlattıktan sonra hem Kopenhag Kriterleri açısından hem de yükümlülükleri üstlenebilme yeteneği açısından Türkiye tarafından ulaşılan noktalara kısaca değinildi. Müzakere başlıklarındaki son durumları belirttikten sonra Türkiye'nin AB yolunda bundan sonra hangi adımları izleyeceğini anlatan Türkiye'nin AB stratejisi adlı konu ele alındı. Ortaklığın kurumsal araçları, Türkiye'de AB'nin yapılanması ve müzakere sürecinin kurumsal yapısı anlatıldıktan sonra sonuç kısmına ulaşıldı.
