Finansal istikrarsızlık hipotezi bağlamında global finansal kriz

Abstract

Hyman Minsky’nin finansal istikrarsızlık hipotezine göre, finansal istikrarsızlığın nedeni finansal istikrardır. Bu makale, global finansal krizin kaynağının finansal istikrar olup olmadığını incelemektedir. Ayrıca çalışma, düzenleyici ve denetleyici politikaların ve kurumların tek başına finansal istikrarsızlığı engelleyip engelleyemediğini de analiz etmektedir. Finansal istikrar dönemlerinde aşırı iyimser beklentiler, borçlanmayı arttırmakta ve finansal kırılganlığa neden olmaktadır. Bununla beraber sadece düzenleyici ve denetleyici politikalarla finansal istikrarsızlığı önlemek mümkün değildir.
