Farklı çevrelerde yetiştirilen yulaf genotiplerinin yağ ve yağ asidi kompozisyonları

Abstract

Yulaf tanesi sağlık açısından önemli doymamış oleik ve linoleik yağ asitlerinden oluşan dikkate değer bir yağ içeriğine sahiptir. Bu çalışmada altı lokasyonda yetiştirilen 25 yulaf genotipinin yağ içeriği ve yağ asitleri kompozisyonu belirlenmiştir. Yağ içeriği, oleik, linoleik, palmitik ve linolenik asit bakımından genotip, lokasyon ve genotip × lokasyon interaksiyonu istatistiki olarak önemli (P <0.01) bulunmuştur. Genotiplerin yağ içeriği % 5.03 ile 6.88, oleik asit içeriği % 36.72 ile 42.44, linoleik asit içeriği % 32.52 ile 36.57, palmitik asit içeriği % 19.89 ile 20.81, stearik asit içeriği % 1.85 ile 1.97 ve linolenik asit içeriği % 1.02 ile 1.33 arasında değişmiştir. Sonuçlar yulaf genotiplerinin yağlarının toplamının % 94.68’ini oluşturan hakim yağ asitlerinin oleik asit, linoleik asit ve palmitik asit olduğunu göstermiştir.
