Abstract

In this study; The research was carried out in Bilecik Şeyh Edebali University in the field of Facuty of Agricultural & Natura Sciences Application and Research in 2017 with the aim of determining the adaptations of different quinoa varieties in Bilecik district, green herbaceous crop yields, yield components, quality and nutritional values and nutrient content. In April, the seeds were first planted in the violets and the plants rooted in the violins were surprised to the ovens opening 50 cm above the row 70 cm between the rows so that they would be 3 repetitions according to the design of random blocks. The parcels are planned in 4 rows and the parcel size is 5 m long. In the scope of the study, characteristics of Ca, Zn, Mg, P, K were investigated in terms of emergence time, flowering time, plant height, number of cluster, length of cluster, moisture and hay yield, grain yield and seed yield.At the end of the research, the flowering times of the varieties ranged from 58 to 76 days. The highest seed yield was found in the 'Valiente' variety and the lowest seed yield was determined in the 'Innia' variety. The highest green yield, dry matter yield and crude protein yield were determined in the 'A Heloud' range. As a result, it was determined that 'Valiente' in terms of grain yield and quality in Bilecik ecological conditions, 'A Heloud and Innia' varieties in terms of herb yield and quality was determined.

Bu çalışma; farklı kinoa çeşitlerinin Bilecik yöresinde adaptasyonlarını, yeşil ot verimlerinin, verim komponentlerinin, kalite ve besleme değerlerinin, besin element içeriklerinin belirlenmesi amacıyla, 2017 yılında Bilecik Şeyh Edebali Üniversitesi Ziraat ve Doğa Bilimleri Fakültesi Tarımsal Uygulama ve Araştırma alanında yürütülmüştür. Nisan ayında öncelikle tohumlar viyollere ekilmiş ve daha sonra köklenen bitkiler tesadüfü blokları deneme desenine göre 3 tekrarlamalı ve sıra arası 70 cm sıra üzeri 50 cm olacak şekilde ocaklara şaşırtılmıştır. Parseller 4 sıralı ve parsel boyu 5 m uzunluğunda planlanarak kurulmuştur. Araştırma kapsamında çıkış süresi, çiçeklenme süresi, bitki boyu, salkım sayısı, salkım uzunluğu, yaş ve kuru madde verimi, tane verimi ve kuru otta Ca, Zn, Mg, P, K besin element değerleri incelenmiştir.Araştırma sonunda, çeşitlerin çiçeklenme süreleri 58 ile 76 gün arasında değişmiştir. En yüksek tohum verimi 'Valiente' çeşidinde, en düşük tohum verimi ise 'Innia' çeşidinden tespit edilmiştir. En yüksek yeşil ot verimi, kuru madde verimi ve ham protein verimi ise 'A Heloud' çeşidinde tespit edilmiştir. Sonuç olarak Bilecik ekolojik koşullarında tane verimi ve kalitesi acısından 'Valiente', ot verimi ve kalitesi acısından 'A Heloud ve Innia' çeşitlerinin ön planı çıktığı belirlenmiştir.
