Abstract

Problem to be Solved: The present invention relates to vaccines containing recombinant CLPP proteins of streptococcus pneumoniae. In the present invention, which has demonstrated that the CLPP has been moved into the cell wall after thermal shock, a protective immunity against systemic diseases is induced at a level comparable to a level obtained when using PSPA and PLY which are widely known streptococcus streptococcus protein vaccines, the streptococcus clpp of the present invention can be used as an antigen for vaccines
