In the present investigation, the objective has been to determine the relationship between labor hostility and labor productivity in collaborators of a private financial entity in Trujillo. The method used in the study was quantitative, simple correlation, with a non-experimental design. We worked with a sample of 40 collaborators from the legal area of a private financial institution. The instruments applied were the labor hostility questionnaire of Iñaki Piñuel (2012) and the labor productivity questionnaire of Ganga and Villacís (2018); In addition, results were obtained where it was determined that the biggest problem that the financial company has is the labor hostility of the legal area personnel; This has been the main reason that productivity has had problems over the last few years in the Trujillo financial institution. On the other hand, the reliability of the instruments has been demonstrated by means of the Spearman's Rho correlation coefficient test, which provides a strong inverse (negative) correlation of -0.701 and a significance of p value = 0.000 < 0.05 p expected value for the preservation of the status quo; then, the null hypothesis was rejected and it was concluded that there is high labor hostility and labor productivity is low; therefore, there is a strong inverse relationship between labor hostility and labor productivity.
