Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación “IMPACTO DEL USO DE HERRAMIENTAS COMUNICACIONALES INTERNAS EN EL NIVEL DE DESEMPEÑO DE TRABAJADOREES DE UNA UNIVERSIDAD PRIVADA EN CAJAMARCA, 2018”: Una de las tendencias de las herramientas de comunicación internas es que influyen en el desempeño laboral, a partir de la interacción de los directivos y colaboradores, para algunas organizaciones la gestión de la comunicación interna es un aliado estratégico para mejorar el desempeño laboral en la organización, por ello el presente trabajo tiene como objetivo: Determinar el impacto del uso de herramientas de comunicación interna en el nivel de desempeño de los trabajadores de una universidad privada de Cajamarca, lo cual se hace uso del método cuantitativo, y el diseño de investigación se utilizo un diseño no experimental de tipo correlacional al lograr obtener la información en un momento determinado el alcance la investigación es descriptivo es decir busca especificar las diferentes herramientas de comunicación interna. Las conclusiones nos dicen que para la herramienta de comunicación interna buzón comunícate el 77% de encuestados presenta un nivel alto de uso de dicha herramienta, para los murales comunícate indica que el 60% indica un alto índice de dicha herramienta, para Conexión se tiene un 72% de aceptación de dicha herramienta, Además de se logro determinar que los porcentajes en cuanto a los compromisos laborales el cual tiene como resultado un 77% de un nivel alto de compromiso, para el compromiso comportamental se tiene un 91.3% de encuestados presentan nivel alto con respecto a la dimensión compromisos comportamentales.

The current research “THE IMPACT OF INTERNAL COMMUNICATIVE TOOLS USE ON THE WORKER PERFORMANCE LEVEL OF A PRIVATE UNIVERSITY IN CAJAMARCA, 2018” One of the trends of internal communication tools is their influence on work performance drawn from managers and collaborators interaction; For some organizations, internal communication management is a strategic ally so as to enhance the organization work performance; on account of this; the research objective is to determine the impact of internal communicative tools use on the worker performance level of a private university in Cajamarca; the quantitative method as well as a non-experimental correlational design were employed in order to obtain the targeted information at a specific time, the scope of the research is descriptive seeking to specify the different internal communication tools. The conclusions of the study show that 77% of survey respondents make a great use of “Buzón Comunícate”, as for the “Comunícate Murals” 60% of respondents use it to a great extent, regarding “Conexión”; there is 72% acceptance of such communicative connection related tool. In respect to employee engagement, it was also possible to determine an existing 77% of a high level of commitment. Likewise, 91.3% of the surveyed staff show a high level of behavioral commitment.
