RESUMEN La localidad de La Encañada en la actualidad cuenta con infraestructura sanitaria de agua potable y de disposición de aguas residuales, pero esta infraestructura es inadecuada e insuficiente. Los materiales, accesorios y equipos de las instalaciones en buena proporción ya han cumplido con su período de vida útil. La presente tesis tiene como hipótesis que la infraestructura sanitaria de agua potable y de disposición de aguas residuales es inadecuada para evitar la contaminación del agua en la Localidad de la Encañada, Distrito de la Encañada. El diseño de la investigación es No Experimental – Transversal. Para contrastar la hipótesis se han utilizado las técnicas: análisis de datos y análisis bibliográfico e instrumentos como: índice de datos y fichas bibliográficas. Después de haber realizado la investigación se determinó que la infraestructura sanitaria de agua potable y de disposición de aguas residuales es inadecuada para evitar la contaminación del agua en la localidad de la Encañada, por lo que es necesario proponer un proyecto de inversión pública de mejoramiento y ampliación de los servicios de agua potable y disposición de aguas residuales.

ABSTRACT Nowadays, La Encañada district has healthcare infrastructure such as drinking water and sewage disposal, but this infrastructure is inadequate and insufficient. Materials, accessories and equipment of installations in large proportion have already met their service life. This thesis is based on the hypothesis that the healthcare infrastructure of drinking water and sewage disposal is inadequate to avoid the water pollution in the town of Encañada, Encañada District. The design of is this research is Non-Experimental - Transversal. To test the hypothesis, we have used the following techniques: data analysis, and literature review. We have also used tools such as data index and bibliographic cards. Having completed the research, it was determined that the health infrastructure of drinking water and sewage disposal is inadequate to avoid the water pollution in the town of La Encañada, making it necessary to propose a public investment project for improving and expanding potable water and sewage disposal services.
