Inglés: Cultural Heritage is a perishable, finite and non renewable resource, which belongs to the society cultural inheritance and is under the pressure of the processes of land exploitation. However, research on this subject is not providing the necessary criteria for its preservation and enjoyment. There are useful mechanisms to manage cultural resources but they are often applied to heritage buildings as isolated objects not related to the territorial system. In the subregional level of analysis we can establish these relationships and creating a framework of territorial and patrimonial coherence to allow better understanding and management of Cultural Heritage. In this paper, basic recommendations are made to facilitate the integration of cultural heritage property in the spatial planning.
