Abstract

Presentamos tres aproximaciones al Derecho Administrativo Romano en su dimensión relativa a la protección del medioambiente, en concreto, a través de tres aproximaciones relativas a las aguas tanto en la limpieza o protección por razones de salubridad, la protección de los recursos hídricos y el aprovechamiento de las aguas excedentarias.

In this work we present three approximations to the Roman Administrative Law relative to the protection of the environment, across three approximations relative to the waters: the cleanliness or protection for reasons of health, the protection of the water resources and the utilization of the surplus water.
