Un algoritmo heurístico de despacho preventivo de potencia activa.

Abstract

Este artículo presenta un algorítmo heurístico de despacho preventivo de potencia activa. El propósito de este algoritmo es determinar la variación del despacho de potencia activa de un sistema eléctrico para que en caso de las contingencias que se postulan en el sistema no se produzcan sobrecargas en las líneas y transformadores. El despacho preventivo de potencia activa se divide en dos subproblemas: el análisis de contingencias y el redespacho de potencia activa. El módulo de análisis de contingencias detecta aquellos fallos que producen sobrecargas en las ramas y las ordena según su severidad. El redespacho de potencia activa modifica la programación de los generadores de manera que no se produzcan sobrecargas en ramas ante las contingencias analizadas. El algoritmo presentado en este artículo está integrado en el Sistema de Análisis de Restricciones a la Operación de Red Eléctrica de España.
