Modelo remuneratorio de los servicios complementarios en un mercado eléctrico. Parte II: Las reservas de potencia activa.

Abstract

En este artículo se presenta el desarrollo de un modelo remuneratorio cuyo objetivo es promover la prestación más eficiente del servicio de reserva de potencia activa en un entorno liberalizado. Para ello se definen de forma detallada los distintos tipos de reserva de potencia activa en función del tiempo de respuesta y de los algoritmos de control. Seguidamente se estudian alternativas de selección de los agentes proveedores y se plantea una forma adecuada de remunerar la prestación del servicio. A continuación se propone un método para estimar la curva de demanda de la reserva e identificar los agentes demandantes de la misma. Finalmente se presenta un caso ejemplo que permite comprobar la validez del método expuesto.
