Seguridad Ciudadana, Desviación Social y Sistema Judicial

Seguridad Ciudadana, Desviación Social y Sistema Judicial

Abstract

The book Citizen Security, Social Deviation and the Judicial System —as can be deduced from the title it presents— is a multifaceted work. A text built on a wide spectrum of research, analysis, theoretical studies and interdisciplinary reflections on citizen security, social deviance and the judicial system that is written in language accessible to the general public in order to be able to transfer the results of these investigations and analysis to society in general. The Research Project that leads the contributions that have made up this book is the I + D Project Georeferenced multifactorial study of insecurity in Spain and its correspondence with subjective insecurity CSO2016-77549-P. The research team of this project considered that to enrich the results of the research carried out and transfer them interdisciplinary to society, it would be good to have the contribution of specialists in each of the topics developed in the work. Thus, the development of this text has been produced through the acceptance of writings that have responded to a call of papers that has passed a double-blind arbitration and an academic selection. Once all these evaluating tasks have been carried out, the content developed and initialed in each of the chapters has been left to the discretion of the authors and their sole responsibility.
