Los sistemas de remuneración para directivos se definen a partir de su individualidad y confidencialidad, amén de las sujeciones a la jurisdicción imperante. El carácter individual hace que sea difícil encontrar dos contratos iguales, con la misma remuneración global, los mismos esquemas salariales o parecidas cláusulas.
